loekepo CONNECT ("we") is a social, marketplace and place-discovery service (Spot and Jelajah). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
To run your account and the service; show content and notifications; connect buyers and sellers; keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse; handle reports; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and show no third-party ads.
Your profile, posts, listings, reviews and business pages are visible to other users according to your privacy settings (private account, who may message you). Direct messages are visible only to the participants and, if reported, to moderators. Transactions happen between users; we do not process your payments inside the app.
Data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account; your profile, content, messages, listings and media files are removed. Minimal records needed for security, abuse handling or legal obligations may be kept as long as necessary.
You can access and edit profile data in Settings, set account privacy, block users, delete content, and delete your account. For other requests (data copy, correction, privacy questions) contact support@loekepo.com.
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.
The service is for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; accounts found to belong to a child under that age will be deleted.
This policy may be updated; the date above shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be announced in the service.
